These Terms and Conditions explain how you can use MonitoringDaddy.com and our services. MonitoringDaddy is owned and operated by Toto Dream Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MonitoringDaddy.
MonitoringDaddy is a software as a service (SaaS) platform that helps you monitor website uptime, server status, domain, and SSL certificates. We offer both free and paid plans. Features and limits can be different for each plan.

To use MonitoringDaddy, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legal agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens in your account.
You agree to provide true and correct information when creating your account and to keep your details updated.
We provide a free plan that lets you use MonitoringDaddy with limited features and limits, such as number of monitors, check frequency, and alert options. We may change free plan limits or features at any time.
In some cases, we may give you a free trial of paid features. The free trial is only for a limited time. After the free trial ends, the paid plan may start automatically if you entered your payment details and did not cancel before the end of the trial.
Paid plans are charged in advance on a recurring basis. The billing cycle can be monthly, yearly, or any other cycle shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
By starting a paid plan, you give us permission to charge your saved payment method automatically at the start of each new billing cycle until you cancel. If you do not want to continue, you must cancel the plan before the next renewal date.
Prices and features for each plan are shown on our website and may change in the future. Any price change will apply from the next billing cycle after we inform you.
All payments to MonitoringDaddy are non-refundable.
Once a payment is made for a paid plan, we do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
It is your responsibility to track your trial period and renewal date. If you do not wish to continue a paid plan after the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends. Once the trial is finished and your subscription is renewed or upgraded, the payment is final and cannot be refunded.
You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings or by following the instructions on our website. When you cancel, your current paid plan will normally stay active until the end of the billing period already paid for. After that, your account may be moved to a free plan or closed, as per our current policy.
Cancelling your plan does not give you any refund for the remaining days or months of the current billing cycle.
You agree to use MonitoringDaddy only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service in any way that:
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are using the service in an unlawful or abusive way.
MonitoringDaddy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We try to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not promise that it will be always available or completely error free.
Monitoring, alerts, and reports depend on many external factors such as your server, your hosting provider, DNS services, SSL providers, internet routes, and third-party services. We are not responsible for failures caused by these external systems.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
After termination, you may lose access to your account, your monitors, and stored data. We are not required to keep your data after termination, unless required by law.
All content, logos, trademarks, design, and software used in MonitoringDaddy are owned by Toto Dream Marketing or its licensors. You do not receive any ownership rights by using the service. You must not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
As far as allowed by law, MonitoringDaddy and Toto Dream Marketing will not be responsible for any loss or damage related to your use or inability to use the service. This includes loss of business, loss of profit, downtime, missed alerts, domain expiry, SSL expiry, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Your only right if you are not satisfied with the service is to stop using MonitoringDaddy and cancel your plan.
We may change these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the service after changes are posted, it means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute or claim related to these Terms or to MonitoringDaddy shall be handled only in the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
