For a small number of monitors with email alerts and a status page, yes — and the free plan carries no commercial-use restriction. Freshping's free tier was far larger than ours, so if you were running fifty monitors for nothing, no free plan anywhere will replace that; the question becomes which paid plan is the smallest one that covers you.
When a free product shuts down, the migration path offered is usually the vendor's paid platform. That may be right for you, or it may be far more monitoring than you were using.
