MonitoringDaddy is a software service delivered entirely over the internet. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges, no couriers and no shipping addresses to provide.
How the service is delivered
Access is granted electronically to the account you register with. When a payment is completed successfully, the plan on your account is upgraded immediately and automatically — typically within a few seconds, and in any case within one hour. No manual step is required from you or from us.
You will receive:
- Immediate access to the features on your plan, inside the account you signed up with.
- An email receipt for the payment, sent to your registered address.
- Monitoring alerts to the channels you configure, for as long as the plan is active.
If access does not appear
If a payment has been taken and your plan has not changed within one hour, contact us with the payment reference and we will correct it. Do not pay a second time.
Free plan
The free plan is available immediately on registration and requires no payment or card details. There is nothing to deliver beyond the account itself.
International availability
The service is available worldwide wherever it is lawful to use it. Because delivery is electronic, there are no geographical restrictions, customs charges or import duties.
